Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. agrees to settle Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game claims against Upper Deck companies in Europe

Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. (“Konami”) and Upper Deck International B.V. (“Upper Deck”) have agreed to settle their disputes, including their dispute regarding the termination of Upper Deck's distributorship for Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game. Claims against Upper Deck’s affiliated companies Upper Deck B.V. and Upper Deck Panoceanic C.V. have also been settled as well as Upper Deck International's counterclaim against Konami.

Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. agrees to settle Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game claims against Upper Deck companies in Europe


Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. (“Konami”) and Upper Deck International B.V. (“Upper Deck”) have agreed to settle their disputes, including their dispute regarding the termination of Upper Deck's distributorship for Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game. Claims against Upper Deck’s affiliated companies Upper Deck B.V. and Upper Deck Panoceanic C.V. have also been settled as well as Upper Deck International's counterclaim against Konami.

Konami’s subsidiary Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH is now the distributor of Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game in Europe.
